I purchased one of these toaster ovens over a year ago and we have loved it. Then this summer an electrician's accident fried it (along with our microwave oven and several other items). I liked the infrawave enough that we purchased a second oven to replace it and again are satisfied. The programming is mostly easy, food comes out cooked properly, and it is easy to use. The case does get hot, but as long as I don't leave combustible items sitting on the oven (which I wouldn't do with any oven) we are just fine. It does cook faster than a large oven or a regular toaster oven, but not quite as fast as a microwave oven. But after having seen some negative reviews, either we have been quite lucky, or this is a much better product than others have seen.

This is a great product!
We use it mostly for broiling and reheating items and it does a good job.
It saves on heating a large oven and can cook from frozen if need be.

the instawave oven does all the things a micro wave oven does'nt do. makes old french fries nice and crispy again ! makes frozen popcorn shrimp crispy like deep fat fried ! does pizza like a good pizzeria !
