We can't get compactor bags locally, and these fit our Kitchen Aid compactor perfectly. No problems with slipping, and they are thick enough to avoid the problems associated with thinner bags.

Ive tried sseveral other trash compactor bags but these are the best! They fit snugly and the notches hold the bag in place. Very pleased!

The bags serve their purpose, hold up to full size load of compacted garbage. However, as compared to previous lot of bags order directly from Whirlpool three years ago, these bags a not quite as tall (it seems - don't have the previous measurements to prove it) and the bags slip more often into the container when compactor is active. It is also a bit more difficult to twist and tie when readying the garbage for pickup. When unfolding the bag to put into the container the first time, it is more effort to separate out the folds to properly expand the bag. Again not a functional issue, but a slight extra effort to get the bag ready as compared to previous plastic compactor bags.
